Prior to founding BehaviorWorx, Nick was President of Service Dimensions International (a division of Mosaic Group Inc.), North America’s premier retail measurement, behavioral training and consulting partner to blue chip clients in the retail, hospitality and service sectors. Nick also founded Retail Performance Group and Mystery Shoppers (Canada) Inc. in the early 1990s after spending over 16 years with Montreal-based Provigo Inc. During his tenure with Provigo he was involved in the grocery, convenience and petroleum operations of the company in various capacities, including store operations, real estate and construction.

Martin Hoffmitz - vp, client partnering
A highly experienced and successful business owner, Martin brings a unique value to our clients. Martin was a pioneer in the world of customer experience management and was involved with conceptualizing solutions that revolutionized the way companies motivate and interact with their customers to generate more revenue.

Justin Green - vp, client strategy
Justin’s uncanny ability to clearly understand and anticipate short- and long-term client needs makes him the perfect person to have complete responsibility for all client strategy and service activities. Prior to joining the BehaviorWorx team in 2004, Justin put his business degree to work in the world of consumer behavior, where he spent five years strategizing, managing and expanding client relationships.

Kelly Bernier - vp, client partnering
Prior to joining BehaviorWorx, Kelly held senior account management and business development positions with companies such as The Retail Performance Group, Mosaic Group Inc. and In-Touch Survey Systems. She has spent the last 17 years providing Fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett Packard, Victoria Secret, General Motors, Toys R Us, Quizno's, MacLaren Momentum, GMAC, Sprint, Ford and Audi with Mystery Shopping, Experiential Marketing, Survey Marketing and Customer Acquisition programs throughout both Canada and the US.

Dr. Chuck Chakrapani - chief knowledge officer, MA, MSC., PHD., CMRP, CIM, FSS, FELLOW MRIA
Dr. Chakrapani is a recognized expert in Marketing Research and Statistics. He is currently Research Mentor/Industry Liaison Advisor at Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson and a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Commercial Activity. He is President of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association, and a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society. Prior to joining Ryerson, Chuck was Chief Executive Officer of Millward Brown Canada, one of the largest marketing research firms in Canada and the third largest research house in the world.

Martin Redfern - vp, analytics
Martin’s analysis and research-based counsel is unparalleled after developing his expertise with some of Canada’s most prestigious research companies such as Decima, Pollara, and several years as Vice President at Ipsos-Reid’s Ottawa, Toronto and San Francisco offices.

Tyrone Fonseca - vp, creative
His 14 years of design and art direction experience with Internet, intranet and extranet sites, displays and signage, consumer advertising, product launches and corporate branding have led to several Canadian Marketing Association and RX Club awards. Prior to BehaviorWorx, Tyrone acquired an array of marketing and communications skills including direct, trade, corporate and consumer as Manager of Graphic Design at Carlson Marketing Group and as Art Director at Schwab & Piquette Communications.

Gerry Henstra - chief technology officer
Gerry has over 20 years of experience in various business and technology roles, including work with Forsco, Best Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Oshawa Foods, IBM, Mosaic Group, Microsoft, HP, American Express, BMG Music, Warner Home Video, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, Information Resources, Pepsi, Safeway, Brown & Williamson, AC Neilsen, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury, Labatt and more.
