Nick Samson – Founder & CEO
Prior to founding BehaviorWorx, Nick was President of Service Dimensions International (a division of Mosaic Group Inc.), North America’s premier retail measurement, behavioural training and consulting partner to blue chip clients in the retail, hospitality and service sectors. Prior to his stint with The Mosaic Group, he founded Mystery Shoppers (Canada) and The Retail Performance Group which he later sold. Nick also spent 16 years with Provigo Inc., where he was involved in their grocery, convenience and petroleum operations.
Justin Green – VP, Client Strategy
His uncanny ability to clearly understand and anticipate short- and long-term client needs makes Justin the perfect person to have complete responsibility for all client strategy and service activities. Prior to joining the BehaviorWorx team in 2004, Justin put his business degree to work in the world of consumer behaviour, where he spent 5 years in the marketing research industry working with 7-Eleven, Chrysler, OfficeMax, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and other international companies.
Martin Hoffmitz – VP, Client Partnering

A bilingual operations professional with over 15 years of experience over-delivering on client expectations in several industries including mystery shopping, market research and call centers. Patrick’s exceptional communications skills and a strong creative ability has overseen clients such as Metro, Flight Centre, Mazda, 7-Eleven, American Express and Chrysler to name a few.
Gerry Henstra – VP, Technology
With over 20 years experience in various business and technology roles, Gerry began with IBM, including training at the IBM centers in Brussels and New York. Gerry’s career includes working with organizations such as Forsco, Best Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Oshawa Foods, IBM, Mosaic Group, Microsoft, HP, American Express, BMG Music, Warner Home Video, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, Information Resources, Pepsi, Safeway, Brown & Williamson, AC Neilsen, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury, Labatt and more. Gerry has designed and architected many transaction-based internet applications for collecting, managing and analyzing business data including integrating many automated data integration services for communicating between internal applications and external sources / third party products.

Martin’s analysis and research-based counsel is unparalleled after developing his expertise with some of Canada’s most prestigious research companies such as Decima, Pollara, and several years as Vice President at Ipsos-Reid’s Ottawa, Toronto and San Francisco offices.
